In NGT we have the GT3 cars competing in the same class although in reality it’s divided into two: PRO and AM classes. Both classes have their own distinctive color. PRO is orange and AM is blue. An other aid to keep the classes separate is the numbers on the cars. Every car has 3 digits, the first digit states the class. Numbers beginning with a 1 are PRO cars and numbers beginning with a 2 are AM.

PRO Class
PRO class is for drivers with an iRating of more than 2000. In this class you will find the fastest drivers of the grid. The only requirement for a PRO driver is to have a minimum iRating of 2000. PRO cars will have orange mirrors, windscreen banner, wing end plates and other decals on the car. Numbers with 1xx are PRO cars.

AM Class
AM class consists of drivers with iRating between 2000 and 3100. This is to provide a ladder for new talented simracers who wants to compete on the highest level, but haven’t reached into the higher iRatings yet. The AM cars have blue mirrors, windscreen banner, wing end plates and other decals on the car. Numbers with 2xx are AM cars.
