What’s different for the NEO GT Series? The NGT is slighty different than the usual one car per class structure.
Team championship
The NGT is a team championship only. Every team has two (2) cars, one in each class (PRO & AM). More information about the class structure below. There is room for 27 teams, making the grid size 54 cars in total. Teams are allowed to swap drivers for a race, when the first driver is not available. It’s the car that score championship points, not the driver. Teams can pick only one model, so both cars will be the same brand.
Points
Teams are awarded points after each race if they are in top 14 and have driven at least 70% of the overall leaders’ distance. PRO and AM will have their own point structure counting towards a combined score for the team.
